RUSSIA Etalon has reported a 51 pct y-o-y increase in apartment sale contracts in January, which reached RUB 5.5 bln (app. EUR 73,000,000).

The increase results from the 17 pct y-o-y increase in apartment prices, which reached RUB 133,000 per sqm. “After reporting record sales for the 2018 financial year, we are seeing a continued upward trend in our performance in the first month of 2019. With a significant growth in sales since the beginning of the year, we have reached the 1,000-contract milestone in just the first four weeks of 2019. This performance serves as further evidence of the strong demand for what Etalon Group is offering and shows that we have chosen the right strategy for growing our business, which gives me full confidence that we can achieve strong results in Q1 2019,” says Viacheslav Zarenkov, the chairman of the board of directors of Etalon Group.
