“Starting to work hand in hand with a partner like InSite Real Estate is a milestone in 7R’s rapid growth and our response to the high demand for such [BTS] facilities in Poland. This partnership will provide our clients with many operational and economic benefits,” claims Bartłomiej Krawiecki, a board member of 7R. The 7R InSite joint venture is to provide single-source service provider for build-to-suit projects that includes location search, design work, project and construction management, legal advisory, and property management once the building has been delivered.

“Poland is a key market for InSite’s European growth strategy, and we are very pleased to be teaming up with an experienced partner like 7R to carry out our European objectives. 7R has a proven track record in Poland, and we look forward to leveraging our combined experience and resources to provide an efficient, transparent, and proactive project service that meets our clients’ operational needs,” says Kevin Van den Daelen, the director of European Industrial Property for InSite Real Estate.

Currently, 7R has 600,000 sqm of space in the pipeline across Poland. To date, InSite has completed over 500 projects totalling over 2 mln sqm for more than 150 clients.
