Bilfinger chooses the garden
Building 4 in the complex comprises 14,200 sqm of office space on seven storeys

POLAND Engineering firm Bilfinger Tebodin has leased over 1,200 sqm in the Business Garden Warsaw complex in Warsaw’s Ochota district.

The tenant will open its new Polish headquarters in the building IV of the complex this spring. "Our key requirement in our search for new headquarters, was to find an office that was well connected to both the city centre and Chopin Airport. Communication and teamwork are very important in our business – The arrangement of the new office and the easy access to green areas just outside the building is going to help us achieve this. The Business Garden complex definitely meets our expectations,” stated Michał Barański, the director of engineering at Bilfinger Tebodin.

Bilfinger Tebodin was advised by JLL in the negotations. "Tenants want their headquarters to provide not only office space but other services and amenities as well. This was no different in the case of Bilfinger Tebodin. As well as office space, Business Garden includes a hotel, restaurant, bank and a conference centre”, says Michał Lis a director at JLL.

Business Garden Warsaw is a complex of seven mixed-use buildings with a total leasable area of 90,000 sqm. Building 4 in the complex comprises 14,200 sqm of office space on seven storeys.
