Matexi granted building permit
The construction should start in the second half of 2019

POLAND Matexi Polska has been granted a building permit for a 180-apartment building designed for rental at ul. Puławska 186 in Warsaw’s Mokotów district.

The building, which is only to have turn-key apartments, is intended to be sold before the start of its construction to a commercial investment fund that specialises in the private rental sector (PRS). The construction work should start in the second half of 2019. Matexi states that it is prepared to make changes to the project to meet the requirements of the eventual buyer.

Previously in 2017 Matexi sold its Apartamenty Pereca project as a PRS building to the Bouwfonds Fund.
