SoftwarePlant in Astrum
The complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district comprises more than 20,000 sqm of office and service space

POLAND IT start-up SoftwarePlant has moved into the Astrum Business Park complex in Warsaw’s Włochy district.

The tenant has taken up over 860 sqm of space in the complex.

“To develop software, you need a quiet environment with good communications and excellent ventilation/air-conditioning. Also on the plus side was our cooperation with Astrum’s IT-related people, who demonstrated their professionalism throughout,” says Tomasz Kucharski, the CEO of SoftwarePlant.

The tenant was advised by Cushman & Wakefield’s tenant representation team, while Irydion, the owner of the complex, was represented by C&W’s office leasing team.

The complex comprises more than 20,000 sqm of office and service space.
