Koreans buy two office buildings in Warsaw
The construction of the first stage of the Lixa complex started in March

POLAND Commerz Real acting on behalf of Korea-based Hana Financial Investment has acquired the first two buildings of the Lixa office complex, which is being built by Yareal on ul. Kasprzaka in Warsaw’s Wola district.

The transaction is to be closed upon completion of the buildings. CBRE Poland and law firm Gide represented the seller in the deal.

Lixa is the Yareal’s flagship office development. The construction of its first stage, including two buildings of 28,000 sqm in total, started in March. The second phase will consist of a 20,000 sqm building (2021), and the third will comprise the construction of a 17,000 sqm building (2022). The four buildings will have a total of 65,000 sqm.

The design is by the HRA (Hermanowicz Rewski Architekci) and the project is to be certified under BREEAM with an intended rating of ‘Excellent’.
