Tomek graduated from the faculty of modern languages at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, where he also started his journalist career in the late 1980s. He has worked in the real estate press since 2005, covering the residential market for ‘Eurobuild CEE’ magazine as well as the new technologies and property management sectors. Sometimes he can be heard on Polish Radio 2, where he reviews the press on the morning programme. At other times he can be seen in the Bieszczady or Beskid Niski mountains, where he enjoys rambling with no fixed purpose or destination in mind.

Ronson bets big on Ursus
The Ursus Centralny estate is to be the biggest ever developed by Ronson Development
POLAND Ronson Development is launching its largest ever project of 1,600 apartments to be delivered in its Ursus Centralny estate on ul. Gierdziejewskiego in Warsaw.
A total of 138 apartments are to be delivered in the first stage of the project and they will range in size from 32 sqm to 65 sqm with from two to four rooms.

“The most attractive feature of the project is its excellent access to public transportation with the Warszawa Ursus railway station being just 500m away,” explains Andrzej Gutowski, the deputy CEO of Ronson Development for sales and marketing.

The estate is intended to be self-sufficient, with a full range of service outlets in the immediate vicinity. A school and education is also planned to be built within the estate.
