Moxy Lublin to open in 2022
The hotel building on ul. 1 Maja has been designed to fit into the street's traditional frontage

POLAND A Moxy hotel is now under construction at ul. 1 Maja in Lublin. Two hotels of the brand already operate in Poland – in Warsaw and Katowice, while others are under preparation, in such locations as Poznań and Szczecin.

The hotel will have six floors on the ul. Lubelskiego Lipca 1980 side of the building. Its total area – together with the accompanying infrastructure and landscaping – will come to around 7,500 sqm. It will have 120 rooms and 60 parking spaces. The opening of the hotel has been scheduled for 2022.

“It will be the first hotel of this chain in eastern Poland. The façade of the building will keep to the historical layout of the plots, while its height will be in line with the cornices of the traditional tenements in the neighbourhood,” explains Sylwia Dołęgowska, a deputy CEO of CRH Holding.

“At individual stages of the project, we want to hire specialists who have experience in the hotel sector on the one hand and an understanding of the Moxy philosophy on the other,” reveals Sebastian Podkański, the CEO of CRH Holding.

The Hotel Moxy in Lublin is the latest project by CRH Holding (Lubelska Grupa Żagiel), which has many years of experience on the HoReCa market. Its portfolio includes the Patio and Duet hotels in Wrocław.
