Warsaw Hub reaches highest point
The topping off of building C should take place in the autumn

POLAND The structure of the 85m tower A in the Warsaw Hub office and hotel complex, which is being developed by Ghelamco in the city’s Wola business district, has now been completed. Most of the façade of the building has also been covered. Tower B, in the middle of the complex, is to reach its target height of 130m in the next few weeks, while the topping off of building C should take place in the autumn.

All three buildings of the Warsaw Hub project will have a common five-storey podium forming the frontage of a section of ul. Towarowa. The Warsaw Hub will comprise 113,000 sqm of multifunctional space. As well as the office space it will contain a conference centre, a retail and services section and a 1,500 sqm Zdrofit fitness club.

The smallest tower will comprise a Holiday Inn Express and the first Crowne Plaza hotel in Poland. Together they will have 430 rooms and apartments.

The Warsaw Hub has also been chosen as the location for Standard Chartered’s global business services centre. The financial institution is to occupy 3,600 sqm of office space and will employ around 750 people in the complex.

Coworking space will also be provided, while The Heart Warsaw centre for cooperation between corporations and start-ups, which presently located in the Warsaw Spire, will also eventually move its headquarters to the Hub.
