Orbis considers breaking up
Novotel Warszawa Centrum managed by Orbis

POLAND Orbis, a Polish hotel manager and owner that is partly owned by Accor, is considering breaking itself up.

The board has commissioned a review of the consequences of separating the company’s real estate business (mainly hotel properties) and its services business (hotel management and other services) in all the countries where it operates. Only once all of the planned analyses have been completed will further action to be taken.

Orbis has also signed an agreement with its partner Accor under which Accor will advise Orbis in the re-examination of its business.
