Samsung helps automate Echo apartment handovers

Opr./edited AZ 15 April 2019
POLAND Echo Investment has launched a pilot programme for the acceptance and handover of apartments that uses Samsung tablets.
The programme results from a strategic partnership set up by both companies last year. “We wanted to improve this process as much as possible in order to provide our clients with the highest standard of service, and streamline the process of preparing units for acceptance. As a result we have introduced a pilot mobile home acceptance system based on dedicated CRM software that runs on Samsung tablets,” explains Mariusz Sękalski, the CRM leader at Echo Investment.

The system holds all the key information about the client, the work of subcontractors and the condition of the apartment. All necessary documentation is on the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active 2 tablet and, if necessary defects in the workmanship can be photographed and audio descriptions recorded. The system uses Asseco Data Systems seals and signatures to secure the data. “Samsung mobile devices come equipped with the Samsung Knox security system, which secures confidential data. The stylus included with the tablet makes it possible to use electronic handwritten signatures, by signing the necessary document directly on the screen,” adds Mariusz Walusiewicz, the B2B ODS sales manager at Samsung Electronics Poland.
