University Business Park goes green
University Business Park is a two-building complex in the centre of Łódź
POLAND Both buildings (A and B) of University Business Park on ul. Wólczańska in Łódź have been awarded BREEAM In-Use with a rating of ‘Excellent’ for asset performance and building management.

“Our overarching goal is to provide added value for our tenants, and we believe that a sustainable approach ticks all the right boxes in satisfying this ambition. The BREAM In-Use certificate demonstrates our intention in University Business Park to improve the wellbeing of its users and to be responsible in regard to the environment. It has given us impetus now and we will make our best efforts to see all of our assets in Poland certified,” commented Piotr Kroenke, the CEO of GTC.

The total leasable area of the complex comes to 40,400 sqm with 20,200 sqm in each building the complex houses such tenants as Fujitsu Polska, Ericsson, Barry Callebaut, Accenture, Mobica, and UPS Global Business Services. The centre’s amenities include a restaurant, a café, a newsagent, an ATM, bicycle storage facilities and a carwash.
