KiK continues to expand

Eurobuild CEE 19 April 2019

POLAND KiK extended its sales area by 3,500 sqm in March and this year, the company intends to open 60 stores, bringing the total number up to 300 in Poland.

The most recent openings were in Milicz, Wyszków, Stalowa Wola, Bytów, Bielsko-Biała and Drawsko Pomorskie.

Most of the new stores are in retail parks and shopping centres and they have an average space area of 650 sqm.

“KiK is celebrating it 25th anniversary and this year and we will have been in Poland for seven years. Just this month we have opened 3,500 sqm of new sales area, but our plans for this year are to open over 35,000 sqm, which we will achieve by opening around 60 new stores,” stated Marcin Ostrowski the expansion manager of the KiK chain.
