The first stage of Astrid Garden will be a five-storey office block
CZECH REPUBLIC UBM Development is to develop the Astrid Garden mixed-use complex in Prague’s Holešovice district.

The project will comprise the Astrid Offices and Astrid Residences developments. In the first stage, a five-storey office building is to be constructed, followed by a residential complex with around 110 units. Apartment sales are to start in the third quarter of 2020. The design is by Bogle Architects

“Inspiration is not the only thing we want to support with our tenants. Cycling is becoming increasingly popular in Prague, and we are going to help spread it as an environmentally friendly means of transport. That is why the tenants and workers will find a modern, spacious bike room in the building, fully equipped for maximum comfort and offering convenient bike racks,” says Kateřina Poláková, the marketing and sales director, of UBM Development for the Czech Republic.
