Marina Mokotów enters next phase
The new phase of the large-scale estate is designed to match the previous, built in the last decade

POLAND Dom Development has launched sales process for the third stage of the second major phase of Marina Mokotów in Warsaw.

This stage will involve the construction of 205 apartments ranging from 33 sqm to 120 sqm as well as 20 retail/service units in two buildings. All the apartments will have loggias, balconies, terraces or gardens. The first handovers are expected in Q4 2020.

“The latest stage of Marina Mokotów is one of our flagship projects. The apartments are designed for the most demanding residents of the capital city,” insists Jarosław Szanajca, the CEO of Dom Development.

The new section of the project, which is situated near ul. Żwirki i Wigury, is designed to blend into the first phase, which was built a dozen or so years ago. A park is to be created next to the apartment buildings (off the junction of ul. Racławicka and ul. Żwirki and Wigury), on the ramparts of the 19th-century Fort Mokotów. A walking and running route has been created near ul. Żwirki i Wigury while an outdoor gym and a playground are under preparation. A cycle path connected to the city’s cycling network has also been built next to the project. Fort Mokotów, along with its historic architecture and context, also features a number of artistic studios and a range of eateries.
