Metro connector for Warsaw tower
The first building should be completed in 2021 followed by the 150m tower in 2023/24

POLAND Warszawski Holding Nieruchomości ([part of the PHN group) is applying for a permit to connect its Warsaw skyscraper development with the adjacent metro station via a pedestrian subway.

The company has applied to the Warsaw city council for a permit to connect the shopping section of the 150m tower, which is planned at ul. Świętokrzyska 36, ​​with the Rondo ONZ metro station. A tender to choose the general contractor of the project was announced last autumn with the identity of the company to be revealed in this half of the year.

The two-building development will comprise app. 38,000 sqm of office space. The first building is to be a nine-storey office building of around 11,000 sqm, while the other one will be an app. 27,000 sqm, 40-storey skyscraper.
