Staybridge Suites on its way up
Staybridge Suites is to be delivered in 2020
POLAND The ground work has been completed for the construction of Poland’s first Staybridge Suites hotel at the junction of ul. Puławska and ul. Pileckiego in Warsaw.

The brand is owned by InterContinental Hotels Group and it will be the company’s eighth hotel in the country. The hotel will have 193 rooms and suites over eight floors to be sold as condominiums. Prices start at around PLN 330,000 net with a superior standard hotel finish. The centre will include a business centre with separate workstations with free wifi access. Additional facilities will include a 24-hour gym a laundry and a small store. WIK Capital, the developer guarantees a 7 pct annual on the suites, which it will manage in a 20-year leasing contract, with the option to extend the contract for a further 5 years. The project is to be delivered at the end of 2020.
