POLAND The construction of a new Best Western Plus hotel is underway in Warsaw’s Wawer district.

The opening of the hotel, which is owned by V Invest, is scheduled for the end of 2020. It will be situated at ul. Kosmatki 8/10 just off the Most Siekierkowski bridge and the Wał Miedzeszyński embankment.

Best Western Plus Hotel Warsaw will comprise 100 guestrooms designed by the Tremend studio. In addition, it will contain conference facilities, a restaurant, a bar and a coworking zone. The seven-storey building will also offer a wellness centre and a fitness centre, as well as a building with around 4,000 sqm of offices. The Archmo studio is responsible for the design of the building, which features a granite façade, while the general contractor is Construction Management FineTech Construction.

“The new hotel will be a convenient stopover for business guests. To especially cater for them we have prepared a modern design that includes a convenient car park and extensive conference facilities,” declared Mateusz Izdebski, a deputy CEO of V Invest.
