Getin to move to Warsaw Hub
The Warsaw Hub will comprise three skyscrapers next to Warsaw’s Rondo Daszyńskiego
POLAND Getin Noble Bank is to move its headquarters to The Warsaw HUB, which is being developed by Ghelamco Poland. The 18,500 sqm lease in building C has a seven-year term and is to commence from the second half of 2020.

In the negotiations JLL represented the landlord, while CBRE represented the the tenant.

“When choosing a new headquarters, in addition to obvious criteria such as the commute time and the space available, an increasing number of companies are taking into account such aspects as the surroundings and the diversity in the range of additional services that are offered by the building. This enables a brand to better adjust a new location to its DNA and helps the company both to gain a competitive edge on the employee market and to strengthen its image. It was a natural step for Getin Noble Bank to choose The Warsaw HUB for its new headquarters. The building’s modern systems perfect match for the latest trends in the banking industry,” says Mikołaj Sznajder, the head of office agency, CBRE.

The Warsaw Hub will comprise three skyscrapers next to Warsaw’s Rondo Daszyńskiego roundabout including an 86m hotel building two 130m office towers, which will be connected by a five-storey podium. In total the centre will have a total useable area of 113,000 sqm.
