POLAND Rhenus Data Office has signed a seven-year lease agreement for 3,400 sqm of warehouse space in the Hillwood Janki Sokołów logistics centre. Rhenus was represented in the negotiations by JLL.

Rhenus Data Office has been active in Poland since 2001.

“Rhenus Data Office Polska consists of four well-guarded high-storage archives, located in Nadarzyn, Ołtarzewo, Sokołów and Czeladź, and three branches equipped with modern high-performance installations for the destruction of documents in Nadarzyn, Chorzów and Poznań. To ensure the highest quality of services as well as meet our customers’ requirements, we have implemented the ISO 27001 standard for information security and the ISO 9001 quality management standard. Our activities in the area of destruction of documents and information carriers are based on the industry standard DIN 66399 / ISO 21964”, explains Krzysztof Choma, a member of the board, of Rhenus Data Office Polska.

“The tenant was looking for a warehouse park located near Warsaw that offered storage space with increased fire proofing of more than 4,000 MJ and that met the requirements of running a modern archive. The building in Sokołów meets such requirements perfectly”, comments Ludwika K

The warehouse park, which is located 17 km from Warsaw's city centre, provides 33,000 sqm of space.
