Living in LivinnX

POLAND Bookings have started for rooms in the LivinnX Kraków student house, which is being developed by Golub GetHouse and CA Ventures International at ul. Romanowicza 4 in Kraków.

Demo-rooms can already be viewed in the building entire building, which will have 290 units for 710 students upon its completion in September. Rooms and flatlets for 1 to 4 people are available. Each unit, fully fitted out, will have a living area with a kitchen, bedrooms and a bathroom. Furniture for the living areas (sofas, beds, kitchen furnishings and accessories) will be provided by Ikea, and household appliances (TV, refrigerators, induction hobs and microwaves) by Samsung. Balma is responsible for fitting out the common areas at LivinnX Kraków, while high-end sports equipment will be installed in the gym by Technogym. The hall of residence also offers rooms for the disabled.

“This is our first investment in the private student halls sector, but I am already confident that it will be a success. Owing to our cooperation with experienced American partner CA Ventures, we will introduce to the Polish market innovations that have been missing up until now but have proved their worth abroad,” insisted Cezary Jarząbek, the founder and CEO of Golub GetHouse.

Apart from the residential units on six floors of the building, LivinnX Kraków will also offer 2,000 sqm of amenities. These include study and entertainment areas, a large shared kitchen, a 24-hour gym, a sauna, a yoga room, a climbing wall, an art studio, and even a terrace with a hot tub on the roof of the building. There will also be a laundry room and a bicycle storage room, as well as such services as a shop, a drugstore, a restaurant and a café. The entire site will be supervised by CCTV cameras. The reception and security services will be available 24 hours a day. The prices for monthly accommodation start from PLN 1,350 per person.

“As we launch our first project in Europe following the success we have achieved in the United States and Latin America, we are sure that the university population of Poland is going to welcome our project as it has been designed specifically for them,” declared Tony DiBiase, the principal of CA Ventures International.

Kraków-based studio IMB Asymetria has designed the project (a refurbishment of the former Telpod factory). Unibep is the general contractor.
