Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

MLP scales up in Germany
The lease includes 52,000 sqm of logistics

POLAND/GERMANY Polish-based industrial developer MLP Group has signed a 56,500 sqm contract with a German textile distributor L-Shop-Team in the MLP Unna Logistics Park.

This is the developer’s first agreement of this size, since it started its expansion into Germany about two years ago. “The partnership with L-Shop-Team is a priority project for us and proves our established position among Europe’s leading commercial developers. The contract also demonstrates how much our business partners value us, looking on MLP Group as a solid and reliable developer that delivers tailor-made solutions,” said Patrick Kurowski, the country manager for Germany andat MLP.

The lease includes 52,000 sqm of logistics space as well as additional space for offices, a canteen and even a kindergarten.
