DTL comes to Marki
Hillwood Marki I is 20 km from Warsaw
POLAND DTL International, a provider of network marketing services, has leased 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and more than 120 sqm of office space the Hillwood Marki industrial park.

“I am delighted we have managed to relocate to Hillwood Marki and begin operations there so quickly. We needed modern warehouse space with easy access to Warsaw, because our competitive advantage is our ability to act swiftly for our partners,” says Dariusz Sitek, the president of DTL International for Poland.

Hillwood Marki I is an industrial park 20 km from the centre of Warsaw. Eventually it could comprise up to 94,000 sqm of warehouse and office space. DTL International will occupy 1,650 sqm of warehouse space and more than 120 sqm of office space.

“We are planning to add another 21,000 sqm building to our logistics facility in Marki and to develop other locations in the region. We are delighted to welcome DTL as our new tenant at Hillwood Marki and wish them further successful growth,”says Wojciech Dachniewski the business development director at Hillwood. The tenant was represented by Cresa in the negotiations.
