POLAND Seoul-based investment manager Mirae Asset Global Investments (MAGI) has purchased two logistic centres near Wrocław and Konin with a combined area of 163,135 sqm. Hines, which advised MAGI on the transaction, has been appointed to asset manage the properties.

The first centre near Wrocław is in Bielany Wrocławskie and has an area of 123,469 sqm. Its sole tenant is Amazon.

The other property has 39,666 sqm in the village of Krągola near Konin and is fully leased to Eurocash. “We can see the enormous potential of the logistics market in Poland, and that is why we believe that purchasing these properties from Blackstone will be of key importance to Mirae Asset Global Investments’ European operations,” said Ken Kim head of global acquisitions at MAGI.
