UPC unveils salesroom design
A typical UPC salesroom is between 30 sqm and 220 sqm
POLAND Workplace Solutions has created a design UPC sales rooms. The first such salesrooms have opened in Gdańsk, Sosnowiec and Warsaw and lessons learnt from these three sales points are to be uses to refine the design.

A typical UPC salesroom is between 30 sqm and 220 sqm and the design is intended to help create informal relations with customers. The salesrooms are designed to serve three purposes. The first is to allow customers to physically touch the product, the second is to create a place where formal matters can be dealt with and the third is to create a positive impression on the customer. The design of UPC customer service points was created on the basis on an analysis of the needs of the company including interviews with the management and sales staff as well as an analysis of customer expectations. The space should allow customer enquiries to be dealt with quickly and efficiently helping to retain their loyalty, while employees will find the product displays easy to change. “Our new design suits our brand and combines elements of both the products we sell and our services,” says Jarosław Pijanowski, the vice-president of sales and customer care at UPC.
