Savills starts up in Łódź
Forum 76 in Łódź is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital
POLAND Real estate advisory firm Savills has been appointed as the exclusive office leasing agent for the Forum 76. Business Centre on al. Józefa Piłsudskiego in Łódź.

The 7,700 sqm building is owned by Benson Elliot and Sharow Capital and is BREEAM In-Use certified. This is the first office building leading mandate of Savills in Łódź.

“We have recognised the enormous potential of the office market in Łódź. Benefiting from its recent very rapid growth, the city is becoming an increasingly attractive location for various sectors, particularly shared services centres. Forum 76. Business Centre is excellently located and one of the most iconic and best liked projects in Łódź, having built a strong position on the local market in the last ten years,” says Dariusz Karwański, an associate director in the office agency at Savills.
