Atal breaks H1 and Q2 records

POLAND In H1 2019, Atal secured preliminary purchase contracts for 1,616 apartments (a y-o-y increase of 26.3 pct) – the highest figure in the company’s history for a six-month period.

The company sold 904 units in Q2 alone, which is also a quarterly record. ”We expect that for the whole of 2019, the number of preliminary purchase contracts will amount to app. 2,800. This year, we have already put more than 2,000 units on sale,” reveals Zbigniew Juroszek, the CEO of Atal.

In the last six months Atal sold 387 units in Warsaw, 270 in Wrocław, 254 in Łódź, 237 in Kraków 225 in Katowice, 171 in Poznań) and 72 in the TriCity.

In 2018 the company acquired 20 new investment plots – in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań, the TriCity and the Silesian conurbation. The total cost of purchasing the plots came to almost PLN 200 mln or PLN 699 per sqm of useable and residential space. It will be possible to build 285,000 sqm of useable and residential space or around 5,000 units on the purchased land.
