Green light for Intraco Prime
Intraco Prime is scheduled to come into use in 2021

POLAND Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has been granted a final building permit for the Intraco Prime office building, which is to be built near the current Intraco tower at ul. Stawki 2 in Warsaw.

Construction work on the building, which will contain 14,000 sqm of office space, is to start this year and should be completed in 2021. The process for selecting a general contractor is now underway.

Intraco Prime will be an eight-storey office building with a ground floor including a retail and services and a three-level underground car park. It should be BREEAM certified with a ‘Very Good’ rating. The office building has been designed by a consortium of Juvenes-Projekt and Pracownia Obsługi Inwestorów Pro-Invest.

“We are working intensively on carrying out our investment programme. We have recently started the construction of the Skysawa building at ul. Świętokrzyska 36 in Warsaw and have delivered the Marina Yacht Park in Gdynia. Now we have received the building permit for Intraco Prime. Our hope is that we will soon been issued with a building permit for the Marina Office project. Our plans also include more office projects,” reveals Marcin Mazurek, the CEO of PHN.
