Trei now does apartments
Eventually ten buildings are to be built in the Bacciarellego 54 estate
POLAND Trei Real Estate, the developer behind the Vendo retail park chain, has started apartment sales for its first residential project.

The first stage of the Bacciarellego 54 development in Wrocław’s Biskupin-Bartoszowice district will comprise two buildings with 62 apartments ranging in size from 37 sqm to 111 sqm. The work is to be completed in the autumn. Eventually the project will comprise ten three-storey buildings with 280 apartments. “As part of our diversification strategy, we bought a development project in Wrocław from Talgo last spring together with the site. We plan to develop only 30 pct of the 4 ha plot leaving the rest as green space for recreation,” says Jacek Wesołowski, the managing director of Trei Real Estate Poland. The estate will also include an underground car park, storage rooms and storage space for bicycles and prams.
