The 14,000 sqm retail park will be opening in spring 2020

POLAND Three clothing brands of the LPP group are to open in Stop Shop in Siedlce.

The opening of the retail park has been scheduled for the spring of 2020. This will be the eighth Stop Shop opened in Poland by Austrian investor Immofinanz. It will eventually comprise more than 14,000 sqm of retail space with 24 stores. These will include LPP’s House, Cropp and Sinsay brands, which will occupy a total of 2,700 sqm. Sinsay will have the largest area, of more than 1,200 sqm, while the Cropp and House stores will each cover 750 sqm.

“LPP stores are present in each of our Polish Vivo shopping centres – in Lublin, Piła, Stalowa Wola and Krosno. With these latest contracts in Siedlce, LPP will also make its debut in our Polish chain of Stop Shop retail parks,” announced Magdalena Kowalewska, the country operations manager at Immofinanz.

Stop Shop is the largest retail development project of the company in Poland. After its completion, the Siedlce Stop Shop will also be the largest retail park under this brand in the country. It is being developed near the town’s bypass, at the junction of national road no. 2 and ul. Łukowska.
