The two-building Vector+ complex contains 13,500 sqm of office space

POLAND The Vector+ office complex, which is being developed by Profbud in Warsaw, has been issued with a final occupancy permit.

The finishing and fit-out work is currently in progress inside the complex, which is situated in the north-west part of Wola district, at the junction of al. Prymasa Tysiąclecia and ul. Obozowa. Vector+ comprises more than 13,500 sqm of office space in two seven- and fifteen-storey buildings.

It is the first complex in this part of Wola to have been awarded a BREEAM Interim certificate with a ‘Very Good’ rating at the design stage.

The building comprises a retail and service area, a restaurant with a garden and a green terrace. There are also facilities for cyclists (parking spaces, locker rooms, changing rooms and showers), as well as a three-storey underground car park with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Energy and water consumption monitoring are also to be used throughout the complex. Tenants will have their own meters, while the BMS system will control such consumption in common areas of the complex.

“We have created timeless workspace with places for relaxation and meetings on the public terraces in addition to the office facilities,” explains Paweł Malinowski, the CEO of Profbud.

The construction process has taken two years, with the general contractor being Mal-Bud-1 while the JSK Architekci studio is responsible for the architectural design.
