Scandi-living in Praga enters new stage
The two buildings in the latest stage of Park Skandynawia will offer apartments of 29-95 sqm

POLAND Skanska is starting the construction of the second stage of the Park Skandynawia estate in Warsaw’s Praga-Południe district.

The construction work will continue until January 2021. Two buildings of seven and nine floors with 210 apartments and more than 10,000 sqm of total useable area are to be constructed along with an underground car park with 244 parking spaces. The apartments will range from 29 sqm to 95 sqm and will come with terraces or (on the ground floor) gardens. Both buildings will be BREEAM certified.

“The work will be carried out by the same team that will complete the buildings in the first stage of the project ahead of schedule this year,” reveals Tomasz Soczawa, a project manager at Skanska’s residential division.

Along with the purely private space, the estate, which has been designed by the Ns Moon Studio, will have semi-private areas (recreational areas for the residents) and entirely public zones (services and the area around the estate).
