Minsk has its highest apartments
The three-building Lazurit complex includes 900 apartments
BELARUS construction work on the highest residential building in Belarus has been completed at the junction of Prospekte Pobeditelei [Проспект Победителей] and Narochanskaya street [улица Нарочанская] with the tower in the Lazurit [Лазурит] complex having reached a height of 138m.

The three-building complex includes 900 apartments as well as a medical clinic and an office section. The tower includes two two-storey penthouse apartments at the top on the 32nd and 33rd floor. Each has six rooms and around 380 sqm with its own terrace and rooms that have a ceiling height of 3-4m. Each penthouse costs USD 600,000. A normal apartment of two or three rooms and a ceiling height of less than 3m comes to USD 1,700-1,300 per sqm. The construction of Lazurit was launched in 2011. Initially the complex was to be ready for the hockey world championship which took place in Mink in 2014. However, two investors failed to complete the project, so it has now been completed by the city authorities who took over the project in 2015. The first residential section of the complex was handed over in November 2018, the second is to be completed this summer. The tower is to be handed over by the end of 2020.
