Centrum Janki soon to reach full size

POLAND The work, which began in March 2017, on the extension of Centrum Janki is nearing completion. The extension is scheduled to open at the end of the summer.

In H1 2019, new stores opened taking up over 600 sqm including Dziubeka, Coral Travel, Dress Uncode, Flying Tiger Copenhagen, Tchibo, Miniso, Neo Nail, Tous and Drogeria Natura. Coral Travel, Travel Planet, Hop-Chop Barber Shop and the Oliflori florist. The first stage of the extension was opened last year in the summer with 40 stores including Calzedonia, Intimmisimi, Gafas and New Yorker. The centre is jointly owned by the Cromwell Polish Retail Fund, Global City RE Poland and Leroy Merlin Inwestycje as well as Taima Investments and is managed by Apsys Polska.

“The new Janki will provide an extensive tenant mix of well-known and highly valued brands. The wide range of goods, the refurbished, friendly interiors and the wide range of amenities are sure to appeal to everyone who visits our centre,” claims Marta Grabska, a leasing manager from the Cromwell Property Group.
