MBank loans EUR 21 mln for Galeria Chełm

MBank loans EUR 21 mln for Galeria Chełm
POLAND Acteeum and Equilis have signed a EUR 21 mln credit agreement with mBank to finance the development of the Galeria Chełm shopping centre project.

The mall is to open in the first quarter of 2020.

“We are happy that our Chełm project has won the recognition not only of the future tenants and the local community but also of our financial partner,” says Monika Woźniak-Zawioła the CEO of Equilis in Poland.

Galeria Chełm will have 17,500 sqm and 55 stores. The construction work is on schedule and the centre is currently 85 pct leased. The tenants will include Lidl, CCC, Smyk, Rossmann and RTV Euro AGD, Acteeum and Equilis were advised by law firm Czabański & Gałuszyński.
