POLAND Robyg is to develop around 1,400 of residential space in multi-family buildings is to in its first in Poznań. The estate will be situated in the city’s Ostrów Tumski district.

“With more than 1 mln inhabitants, Poznań is the central point of the conurbation, and this specific potential is reflected in the demand for housing. In Q1 2019, the sales on this market increased by as much as 36 pct. The numbers speak for themselves – Poznań is a great place for real estate development – and thus an excellent direction of expansion for the Robyg group,” announced Artur Ceglarz, a deputy CEO and the CFO of Robyg.

According to the developer, its Poznań projects will feature local services, green areas and additional amenities, such as the Smart House system as standard.

“The project in Ostrów Tumski will be sensitive to the heritage of the neighbourhood through the preservation and modernisation of historic buildings. The residential project planned will thus become an integral element of the cityscape, fostering the building of the local community at the same time,” insists Artur Ceglarz. The current product range of the group in Warsaw, Gdańsk and Wrocław includes a total of more than 2,000 units.
