 Colliers takes on an Ethos
The building was recently sold to Credit Suisse Asset Management.

POLAND Colliers International has taken over the management the Ethos office and retail building at the pl. Trzech Krzyży square in Warsaw’s Śródmieście district.

The company will also be responsible for leasing the six-storey building with a gla of 17,700 sqm. “Modern office resources in Warsaw in such luxurious locations are extremely rare. Ethos fills this gap in the market with its elegant boutique character and top-class mixed-use space,” says Izabela Kapil, the head of landlord representation at Colliers International. The tenants of Ethos include Hogan Lovells, HBO, the Atelier Amaro restaurant and a Fabiana Filippi store. The building was recently sold by Kulczyk Silverstein Properties to Credit Suisse Asset Management.
