Work starts on A2 Warsaw Warehouse Park
Panattoni is to complete the 102,500 sqm project in Q1 2020
POLAND Construction work has begun on the A2 Warsaw Warehouse Park, which Panattoni Europe is developing near the town of Grodzisk 500m from the town’s junction with the A2 motorway.

The 102,500 sqm project is to be completed in Q1 2020 and Raben Logistics Polska is to take up 30,000 sqm. “Expanding our portfolio in such a strategic region is a key step in our business development. We are aware that the Warsaw market plays a very important role for Poland’s logistics. The local demand is massive, accounting for approx. 28 per cent of the overall demand for space in the country. This makes Warsaw and its surrounding area a leader in this category, partly thanks to the continually improving road infrastructure and the favourable investment conditions. The Warsaw metropolitan area constitutes one of the biggest nationwide logistics hubs, featuring the intersections of 6 national roads and 8 major railway lines. It makes for an attractive location for potential tenants,” says Marek Dobrzycki, the managing director of Panattoni Europe.
