Color Park in Nowy Targ is scheduled to open in Q4 2020

POLAND Nowotarska has acquired Harvent as an investor for its Color Park shopping centre development in Nowy Targ, which is to be the largest mall in Poland’s Podhale geographical region.

Harvent is an investment group established by Artur Kawa and Dariusz Kalinowski to invest the funds of the founders and their families. It focuses on residential and commercial real estate real estate investment. Mayland Real Estate has been selected as the project supervisor for the Color Park development, while Mallson Polska is responsible for the commercial concept of the building and the leasing process.

More than 30 pct of the construction work has already been carried out for the first phase of the project. A tender to choose a general contractor for the remaining part of the project is to be decided in the next few weeks. The building is being developed on a new roundabout on the ‘Zakopianka’ route. After the completion, its leasable area will come to app. 28,000 sqm.

The building is almost 90 pct leased. Its main tenants will include Reserved, H&M, Deichmann, Sinsay, Mohito, Cropp, House, Diverse, Martes Sport, Media Expert, Pepco, Rossmann, Smyk and Empik. It will also have Multikino as the only cinema multiplex in the region as well as a 1,000 sqm interactive play zone for children and teenagers. Its opening has been scheduled for Q4 2020.
