Panattoni to build new TriCity park
Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański will be situated near the Rusocin junction of the A1 in Będzieszyn

POLAND Panattoni Europe is to develop the 75,600 sqm Panattoni Park Pruszcz Gdański.

Work on the 25 ha site, close to the Rusocin junction of the A1 motorway in Będzieszyn near Pruszcz Gdański, is to start in Q4. The complex will comprise two halls of 49,163 sqm and 26,431 sqm suitable for manufacturing and warehousing purposes. It will bring the developer’s portfolio of distribution centres in the TriCity area up to more than 300,000 sqm.

According to Marek Dobrzycki, the managing director of Panattoni Europe: “Pruszcz Gdański is an excellent location and the region’s door to the rest of the country. The neighbouring A1 motorway connects this municipality with the Pomeranian bypass to the north, and extends all the way to the Czech border southwards. Moreover, via the southern section of the TriCity Bypass, it is easy to get from Pruszcz Gdański to the east of the country. The location also has access to the railway network, with connections to Gdańsk, Warsaw, Bratislava and Vienna.”
