Lumen and Skylight were sold by Rodamco Central Europe for EUR 190 mln in January

POLAND In 2019, leases totalling 4,000 sqm were signed for space in the Lumen and Skylight office buildings that form part of the Złote Tarasy complex in central Warsaw.

F-Secure and Cromwell Poland have been added to the tenant list of Skylight, while the United Arab Emirates Embassy, the Embassy of Malaysia, the Academy of New York, CIMA, Mezzanine Management, Velvet Care and Costa Coffee have all renewed their existing lease deals in the building. Meanwhile, FMC Agro has relocated to Lumen and Solidex has renewed its contract.

JLL represented the owner of the buildings, Globalworth Poland, for each of these transactions.

“Lumen and Skylight are regarded as two of the most well-known and prestigious office buildings in Warsaw. We are very pleased that new companies continue to join the buildings’ list of tenants. In fact, H1 2019 has seen seven tenants decide to extend their contracts. Due to their excellent location, in the heart of the Central Business District, along with its wide range of shops, restaurants and other entertainment and cultural venues, Lumen and Skylight remain high on the list for companies seeking state-of-the-art office space,” commented Filip Krasiński, the leasing manager of Globalworth Poland.

Lumen and Skylight are BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certified and have a combined area of 45,500 sqm gla. The two buildings were completed in 2007. In January this year they were sold by Rodamco Central Europe to Globalworth for EUR 190 mln.
