S+B Gruppe buys Prague Panorama
The Panorama Hotel Prague has been sold by its operator, Corinthia Hotels

CZECH REPUBLIC Austrian investor and developer S+B Gruppe has acquired the Panorama hotel in Prague 4 from its operator, Corinthia Hotels.

The four-star hotel, close to Pankrác metro station in the city’s CBD, has changed hands for an undisclosed sum.

It contains 441 guestrooms, conference facilities, shops, a restaurant, a casino, a swimming pool, a fitness and spa area and parking for 300 vehicles.

“It is an absolute honour for us to acquire this striking traditional building, and we will do our best to upgrade the entire area in this prime location and to make this constantly booked-out hotel and its surroundings fit for the future,” commented Franz Paul Bauer, a member of the excutive board of S+B Gruppe.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller for this transaction. The Panorama Prague was completed in 1983 according to a design by architects Alois Semela and Vlado Alujevich
