Okam looks to Inspire
The top floors of the Inspire estate will comprise penthouse apartments
POLAND Okam has announced that it will begin construction work from the beginning of January on its Inspire residential estate in Katowice’s Dolina Trzech Stawów area. Two buildings with 112 apartments are to be built in the first stage.

The units will range from 29 sqm to 125 sqm and will have from one to five rooms. The top floor will have penthouse apartments and all the units will include balconies, loggias, gardens or terraces of up to 120 sqm. An underground two-level car park as well as storage rooms are also planned. The estate is also to include a reception desk, a fitness room and gym, a sauna and an entertainment area with table football and pool tables. “The project is being developed under the ‘Okam New Quality Policy’, which means we are installing above-standard facilities such as air purifiers in every apartment and setting up electric vehicle car sharing for the community. There will be parcel delivery lockers and a bicycle rental and service centre. Solar panels will supply the electricity to illuminate the common areas, and we will use rainwater to water the plants,” says Arie Koren, the CEO of Okam. The general contractor for the first stage is Grimbud with a contract worth PLN 30.9 mln net. The project is to be completed in Q4 2021. Eventually the estate will comprise seven buildings with 450 apartments.
