LG operates by word of mouth
LG's Thinq app should come to Europe next year
WORLD LG Electronic’s Thinq app uses Google Assistant’s voice recognition to allow users to control their smart home appliances.

Washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, dishwashers, robotic vacuum cleaners, air conditioners and air purifiers can all be controlled through the app. The app will also display real-time information about connected LG appliances allowing a user to monitor their activity even from outside the home. The app will also inform when maintenance is required. A user need only ask questions such as ‘How does the auto function in the air purifier work?’ or ‘What does the yellow light on the refrigerator mean?’ “With the voice capable mobile app, we have created the ultimate smart home ecosystem that puts convenience first,” says Alice Ryu, the head of the smart home business division in the LG home appliance & air solution department. The Thinq app will be available in Europe from next year.
