Via Jurmala waits for Polish companies
The Jumala Outlet Village complex is to be fully opened in 2021 when it will have 90 stores
LATVIA Construction work on the Via Jurmala Outlet Village, the first outlet village in Latvia, will soon be completed, with the first stage to be opened in spring next year.

The centre under development by Outletico, will have 70 brand stores of over a retail area of 13,500 sqm, which should eventually be enlarged to have 21,500 sqm.

“Currently, we are negotiating with the Polish distributors of Puma, Levi's, Pierre Cardin and Guess, which we hope will be successful,” says Viktorija Beatričė Radzevičienė, the CEO of Outletico. The outlet centre is also to include a playground for children. The design is based on outlet centres in Italy, Germany and the UK. The complex is to be fully opened in 2021 when it will have 90 stores.
