GSK stays in Adgar Wave
GSK now leases over 4,000 sqm in Adgar Wave
POLAND Pharmaceuticals giant GSK has renewed its lease agreement in the Adgar Wave office building in Warsaw where it occupies more than 4,000 sqm. It has also taken on extra space in the BeYOURSeLF flexible office space section of the building. GSK was advised by JLL.

“The rapid growth of our client in Poland was the reason it was looking for more space for its current needs and it was also looking for flexible leasing options. The comfort of the working environment in Adgar Wave was what convinced GSK to stay. Another significant competitive advantage of the building turned out to be the presence of the BeYOURSeLF brand, which is part of the rapidly growing flexible space segment in Poland and represents an interesting alternative for major players like GSK,” comments Pola Wójcik, a consultant at JLL

Adgar Wave is a ten-storey building with more than 14,000 sqm of modern office space for lease. Additionally the building houses coffee shops and an Orange Theory fitness club. The building reception is currently being remodelled to a design by Medusa Group.
