Echinox enters the Colosseum

Echinox enters the Colosseum
The Colosseum is to have a gla of 54,500 sqm after extension work
ROMANIA Cushman & Wakefield Echinox has taken over the administration of the Colosseum shopping Centre in north west Bucharest.

Colosseum was first opened in 2011 and next year extension work is to be completed with the mall to eventually have a gla of 54,500 sqm with 60 stores. Brands in the centre will include New Yorker, Colin’s, CCC, Noriel, DM Drogerie Markt, Gregory’s, Diverta, and Coffee Ritazza A Happy Cinema multiplex is also to open in the centre. The current tenants include Carrefour, Leroy Merlin, Altex, JYSK, LC Waikiki, Sport Vision and Pepco.

“We chose Cushman & Wakefield Echinox as a partner because of our experience in providing complete property management services, but also because we share a common vision for meeting business objectives,” says Mihai Dinu, the general manager of Colosseum.
