Almost half of the 1,500 units planned for the estate in Białołęka have already been put on sale

POLAND Ronson Development has announced that two more buildings are to be built in its Miasto Moje estate in Warsaw’s Białołęka district adding another 176 apartments to the development.

Prices for the apartments, which will be of between 31 sqm and 83 sqm, will start at PLN 245,000. The final section of the Pasaż Wisła leisure and shopping arcade will also be carried out in the fourth stage of the project. Most of the apartments are three-room units designed for families moving into their first homes, the prices of which start at PLN 396,000, . The smallest of these will be 55 sqm and will include studios and two- and four-room flats with balconies, loggias, terraces or gardens.

“Although the pre-sales process has only just started, we already have several reservation agreements. The first two stages of the project have been sold out, and half of the units are still on offer in the third, which will be completed in Q4 next year,” reveals Karolina Bronszewska, the marketing manager of Ronson Development.

In total, almost half of all the units planned in the app. 1,500-apartment estate have already been put on sale. The recently launched phase of the project will involve the construction of the final part of Pasaż Wisła, which will comprise zones (or ‘bays’) for relaxation, fun, activity and culture. A green square and playgrounds have so far been provided, while a relaxation zone with deckchairs and hammocks, a playground, outdoor gym and amphitheatre are also under construction.

“In the latest stage of Moje Miasto we will be constructing a large playground in the style of a pirate ship. There will also be a picnic square, which could become the centre of residential life on warm days,” believes Karolina Bronszewska.

Pasaż Wisła also comprises service outlets, shops and catering. Ronson’s goal is to create a comfortable and self-sufficient ‘town in the city’, with recreational areas, a cultural offer and a nursery school.
