Danwood launches premium prefab brand
Danwood now offers six types of Vision prefabricated homes

POLAND Prefabricated house manufacturer Danwood is launching a new premium range of houses called Vision. The brand has been developed in cooperation with Danish design studio Jacob Jensen Design.

Vision Danwood comprises six types of designs of houses ranging from 195 sqm to 227 sqm. They are characterised by minimalist architecture with a Scandinavian style. The houses feature large panoramic windows, while their fibre-cement cladding panels that are resistant to scratches and dirt also give them with a modern look. Furthermore, the façades are ventilated, which improves the thermal and sound insulation of the buildings. They are also fitted with mechanical ventilation systems with heat pumps and recuperation, with which the buildings’ energy consumption can be reduced.

The new range was launched in September on the German market, and in the next few months will also become available in all the European countries where Danwood builds projects.

“This is a natural step in the development of our company and a response to the expectations of wealthier customers. Due to the pace of living, the availability and multitude of shopping options today’s buyers expect a shorter time from the moment of they decide to make their purchase to the delivery of the finished product. The Vision brand is a Scandinavian design combined with technology that allows a house to be built within twelve weeks as well as intelligent systems for managing it,” explains Jarosław Jurak, the CEO of Danwood.

Prospective buyers can use a VR system to walk around a virtual home before making their purchases.

“During their stroll through virtual reality, buyers can visit and examine every room carefully. Such an experience is invaluable at the decision stage of purchases and with VR we can provide it to the client without the need to visit the building site or show them a completed house in a different location,” adds Sylwia Saczyńska-Sokół, the head of marketing at Danwood.
