Unity arrives in Silver Forum

Rafał Ostrowski has over 17 years’ experience as a journalist. Before joining ‘Eurobuild CEE’ five years ago, he wrote for Wydawnictwo Murator and Shopping Centre Magazine, as well as for retailnet.pl. He has also written for many newspapers and magazines as a freelancer and prepared photo-reportages. Rafał graduated from the University of Warsaw in philosophy. He also completed postgraduate studies in text editing. For ‘Eurobuild CEE’ he covers most real estate sectors, including logistics, construction, office, residential and retail. He is also in charge of the film direction for Eurobuild TV.

Unity arrives in Silver Forum
Silver Forum has over 15,000 sqm of modern class A office space

POLAND IT company Unity has leased almost 1,900 sqm of space at Silver Forum in Wrocław.

“Silver Forum is currently at an advanced stage of recommercialisation. We are glad to host Unity as one of the key tenants in our office building” said Małgorzata Słowik, the head of leasing at Multi Poland, the property manager of the building.

Kensington Silver Forum, the owner of the office building was represented by Multi and global real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, which is the exclusive commercialisation agent for the building. The tenant was represented by Nuvalu Polska.

Silver Forum has over 15,000 sqm of modern class A office space.
